The Karwendel High Trail (Karwendel Höhenweg) is a 6-stage route in the mountains just outside of Innsbruck. The entire route is about 42 miles with 13,000ft of elevation gain. I ran/fastpacked the trail in 3-days, staying at one of the several alpine huts along the route each night. Full trip report here.
